– Alexander Tischenko, JD ’12, Associate, Perkins CoieĬharlie Wysong is an attorney at a mid-sized general civil litigation firm in Chicago with a significant public interest practice, Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym. ![]() While working in the division’s Voting Section, Alex conducted investigations and participated in litigation regarding state and county compliance with federal lawsthat protect the right to vote, which include, the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), Voting Rights Act (VRA) and Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA).
